Offistack provides a white-labeled client delivery infrastructure that allows creative agencies and freelancers to manage project files, client approvals, and communications through a branded portal.

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payments
Offistack offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and technology provided by Offistack are the property of Aucio Infotech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your business purposes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offistack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
Data Loss Disclaimer: While we utilize secure cloud infrastructure (Wasabi and Neon DB) and implement security best practices, we do not provide any guarantee against the loss of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of any content or data uploaded to the Service. Offistack shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or destruction of your data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aucio Infotech is registered.
