Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your billing period.

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies only to new subscriptions depending on the plan you have selected.

After the initial 7-day period, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, upgrades, or downgrades, unless required by law.

Exceptions to our standard policy:

  • If we terminate your account without cause, you will be refunded a prorated portion of your prepayment.
  • If you terminate your account for cause (e.g., a significant breach of terms by us), you will be refunded the remainder of your prepayment.
